Doing The Thing's Daily Personal Power Plan

Good Day!
                                                                                             April 2, 2011
How are you?

When I ask this, I really mean it.
Asking yourself, 'How am I, and what do I want?' is a good starting point in self care. The next step is to grow into the knowing that you deserve to feel good and have what you want.

Through the ups and downs of my life, I have learned that returning to simplicity (especially in times of struggle) is the key for me.

This Daily Personal Power Plan is a tool I use to remind myself how simple life can be.
(Don't underestimate the power of simplicity)

Here it is:

~ Breathe        ~ Relax         ~ Drink Water        ~ Smile        ~ Move Your Body

There's more on my list, but this is a fundamental start.

Doing these things mindfully everyday helps me be connected with the best in me.
Being connected with my personal power ads value to any thing and any one I come in contact with during my day.

What reminds you of who you really are?
What helps you feel good inside?

What does your Daily Personal Power Plan look like?

In appreciation of you and me,
Dana
