Doing The Thing has questions for you and answers for you. DTT is a book. It is also a way
of living that puts you in the driver's seat. There are many questions and answers to be discussed but...
The big question is: Are you happy?
The big answer is: Your well-being is the answer to everything.
The steps that lead from question to answer are simple. They seem hard to us because
we are not used to a simple way of living. It is time we get to know a simpler way.
It all starts with breathing. Not just the take for granted kind of breathing we are used to.
BREATHE FULLY
RELAX
DECOMPRESS (take the pressure off yourself for whatever reason you put it on)
BE KIND TO YOURSELF (how can we love our neighbors if we can't stand ourselves?)
